Dave Coutts is a seasoned entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in the music and entertainment industry. Recognized as Canada’s Foremost Multi-platform Entrepreneur, Dave's career highlights include serving as President of Smile Music Group, where he led the company to achieve multiple Canadian Top 10 hits and prestigious awards. His deep understanding of the music industry and its evolving landscape laid the foundation for his latest venture in reality TV production. Observing a significant gap in the entertainment sector post-COVID, Dave identified an opportunity to innovate. He launched a production company specializing in original reality TV concepts tailored to both North American and global audiences. Driven by his extensive background in music and media, Dave is dedicated to creating compelling and engaging content that resonates on a global scale. Asif Limbada, a talented cinematographer and Production & Video Manager, excels in capturing
compelling visuals. His portfolio includes the award-winning Al Jazeera campaign “Hear the
Human Story” and commercials for Lexus and Toyota. An Associate Member of the Canadian
Society of Cinematographers, Asif brings his storytelling expertise to CrackerJack Television’s
reality shows.

Jack Mosor
TECHNICAL PRODUCER
Jack Mosor, our technical producer, brings 24 years of experience in the film and TV industry. He has served as a technical producer for both scripted and reality multi-camera shows on networks such as the CBC, TVO and other major cable networks/streamers. His notable projects include "Top Chef Canada" "Jane," "Beyond Black Beauty," and "Dino Dana," among others.Jack's technical expertise and skill in implementing cost-effective, high-quality solutions make him invaluable to CrackerJack.TV.

SENIOR PRODUCTION DEVELOPER & MANAGER
Mehak is a seasoned storyteller with years of experience in film, social media, and digital marketing. At CrackerJack Television, she’s known for filing copyrights to safeguard intellectual property and developing compelling pitch materials. Her leadership in creative production has driven successful campaigns, blending innovation with strategic insight. Mehak’s work consistently elevates brand presence and engages diverse audiences, showcasing her ability to turn creative concepts into reality. Interests: Cooking (especially Italian & Chinese), writing film scripts, documenting the smallest things with video no one gets to see.
Mandy Rai
LEGAL ANALYST & SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR
A powerhouse in law, strategic communication, and public relations, she blends professional excellence with visionary leadership. National Finalist in the 2016 Miss India-Canada pageant and a Candidate for Local and Regional Councillor, she has proven her ability to excel on diverse platforms. Her academic journey spans The City Law School, the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall.
