Disclaimer for Potential Participants

Welcome to CrackerJack Television LLC. We are an emerging production company dedicated to creating innovative, engaging, and meaningful content across various genres. As we develop our new shows, we are excited to explore diverse stories and perspectives, and we value the unique contributions of every Participant.

Inclusivity and Participation

At CrackerJack Television, we celebrate diversity in all its forms. We are committed to featuring a wide range of Participants across our shows, reflecting various ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, identities, experiences, and viewpoints. We believe that everyone has a story worth telling, and we are honored to be a platform for those stories.

Participating in one of our programs can be an exciting and rewarding experience. However, it is important that all potential Participants fully understand and accept the requirements, challenges, and responsibilities associated with participation. We strongly encourage you to carefully consider your readiness and to discuss any potential concerns with your family, friends, and advisors before applying.

Participant Expectations

Participation in our programs is voluntary and is not a job or career. Our Participants come from diverse walks of life and will return to their everyday lives after filming. Whether you are pursuing a dream, showcasing your talents, or seeking new experiences, the decision to participate is yours alone.

We expect all potential Participants to be truthful and transparent throughout the application and casting process. This includes disclosing any relevant information that may impact your ability to fully engage with the program. Your honesty is crucial in helping us ensure a safe, positive, and fair experience for everyone involved.

Participant Agreements and Diligence Process

Applicants who progress in the casting process will be presented with written agreements outlining the terms and conditions of participation. We strongly advise that you review these documents carefully and seek legal counsel if needed before signing. Participation in our programs may involve a diligence process, including background checks, psychological evaluations, and medical assessments. These are conducted by licensed professionals to ensure a proper fit for the program.

Production Considerations

Our productions may place Participants in challenging environments and situations that require adaptability and resilience. You may encounter stressful or emotionally intense moments during filming. It is essential to be prepared for these experiences and to communicate any concerns with our production team. We are committed to treating all Participants, crew members, and staff with respect and fairness throughout the production process.

Production Considerations

After filming concludes, there may be a significant delay before the program airs, and in some cases, it may never air. We understand that this can create uncertainty and varying emotions. CrackerJack Television encourages all Participants to seek professional mental health support as needed, both during and after filming.
Please be aware that participating in a televised program can lead to public attention, both positive and negative. Social media interactions may bring scrutiny or unwanted attention, and we urge you to prioritize your well-being above all else. Our team is here to support you, but we also recommend connecting with your personal support network to navigate any challenges that arise.

Confidentiality

All Participants are required to sign strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. Breaching these agreements, including on social media, may result in legal action. Please review your agreements carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions.
